Supporting the TSB Festival of Light
Our vibrant, eye-catching TSB Festival of Lights bus will have heads turning in Taranaki this summer.
Tranzit has signed up for another year to support the New Plymouth District Council’s TSB Festival of Lights by offering a free bus service to help alleviate traffic congestion and ensure festival goers get safely to and from the event within the CBD. This comes after the success of last year’s free service, offered in partnership with the New Plymouth District Council and Centre City.
What’s even more exciting, is this 2024/24 festival bus will be easy to spot thanks to its colourful livery with depictions of light artworks in this year’s Festival, and music, flora and fauna found at Pukekura Park. The artwork was created by talented artist Harris Keenan, whose lighting work will also features at the Festival.
The TSB Festival of Lights is being held between 21 Dec 2024 – 26 Jan 2025. To find our more information about the free bus service click here.
