Hawke's Bay Boarders Bus Bookings

Tranzit Coachlines Hawke's Bay runs special services for students who board at schools in the region. Please see below for these runs as well as information about booking and cancelling a booking.

Our “Cancellation Policy” is as follows:

All cancellations must be received no later than 24 hrs prior to service, in order to receive a refund.  E.g. by 3.30pm Thursday for the outbound Friday service and 3.30pm Saturday for the inbound Sunday service.

Bookings open at 9am on Mondays and close at 1pm on Thursday, or when the bus is full (whichever comes first). Note this is subject to change if there is a long weekend.

To book, simply click the service you require from the three options below and follow the booking process which will be the same for each.

·         Gisborne Bus (all schools) 

·         Dannevirke /Waipukurau Bus (all schools)

·         Taupō Bus (all schools)

 Full payment is required at time of booking, to secure your spot on the bus.

Cancellations received up to 3.30pm on day prior to travel, will receive a refund.  There is no longer a credit list

Daily School Bus Services 

Please note these are not related to boarder services.

Please contact your school or local Ministry of Education office in the first instance, for school service eligibility for all daily school bus services.
